WEEK 1: Q&A & Guidance – In Week 1, you have the space to ask any questions—whether about ancestral healing, your Soul-Up manual, or anything else that arises for you. This session is your chance to gain clarity, guidance, and support as you begin your transformative journey.

WEEK 2-4: Ancestral Healing Sessions – In these weeks, we work with Ancestral Healing as the main healing modality. During a session, other members of the group step in to represent you and the family members or dynamics you bring into the field. With the support of the SystemicVR program, the constellation is displayed in a virtual 3D space, allowing you to clearly see patterns, blocks, and ancestral dynamics at play.

Through guided facilitation, hidden loyalties, unresolved trauma, and inherited patterns are revealed. Healing sentences and energy shifts create space for release, clarity, and transformation. Even if it’s not your constellation being explored, you will still gain insights, resonance, and healing for your own journey by witnessing and holding space for others.

WEEK 5: Integration Week – This week is dedicated to rest and integration. You’ll give your body and energy systems the space to absorb the healing, release what’s been cleared, and align with the higher vibrational energy received in previous sessions.
