A Little About This Abundance Meditation

 This Abundance Meditation was born from both Family Constellation principles and my own personal journey of healing my relationship with money, success, and self-worth. In Family Constellations, we can uncover unconscious loyalties and inherited patterns within our family system. Sometimes, these patterns can influence how we experience money, success, confidence, and our ability to receive abundance.

In 2022, my husband's business entered business rescue. After 19 years together, our lives, finances, dreams, and sense of security were deeply intertwined. Suddenly, we had to question everything we believed about money and our future. Instead of allowing this experience to define us, we began doing the deeper inner work.

Over the next four years, we explored limiting beliefs, family patterns, and the unconscious dynamics influencing our relationship with abundance. Through my own constellation work, I discovered patterns that had been carried through my family for generations. Bringing these patterns into awareness allowed me to begin changing them.

Four years later, our lives look very different. We have been given an opportunity that has the potential to completely transform our financial future. While I can't promise that everyone will experience the same external results, I can share that this inner work profoundly changed my relationship with money, success, and what I believed was possible for me. And that's what this meditation is about.

Abundance is about so much more than money. It's about feeling safe to thrive, believing you are worthy of receiving, trusting yourself, and allowing more opportunities, happiness, success, love, and freedom into your life.

I created this meditation as an invitation to gently explore and release some of the unconscious patterns that may be limiting your ability to receive abundance.
