90 Minute Lineage To Legacy Healing Session

In an online Lineage to Legacy Healing session, the facilitator represents you as the client, as well as any family members, ancestors, or individuals connected to the healing process. Your family members do not need to be physically present, as the work is carried out through representation, intention, and energetic connection.

The facilitator connects with your energy field and family system through focused awareness and intuition.

You will then be gently guided through a visualization process that allows you to engage directly with the healing journey, connect with the individuals, emotions, memories, or experiences that arise, and receive your own insights and awareness throughout the session.

Through this process, hidden family dynamics, inherited patterns, unresolved trauma, emotional blocks, and energetic entanglements can be brought into awareness. Using healing sentences, guided insights, visualization, and energetic shifts, the facilitator supports the release of what no longer serves you. As these patterns are acknowledged and transformed, space is created for greater flow, clarity, balance, and healing within your life and lineage.
